Hello Brooksville

This weekend, Jeni, Joyce and I went to the Melting Pot for my Grandma Roop’s 70th birthday. The trip took about an hour and a half to get there, and the food was okay. My experience at the one in orlando was a little bit better food wise. Hoever the experience with my family was much more interesting. The waiter handle himself rather well considering he had so many people unfamilar with fondue. He has an odd sort of sarcasm that was very enjoyable.

The other neat thing about the larger group was that we were able to order mutiple cooking broth’s and cheeses’. So I would definetly recommend going with more than one couple to be able to get to two fondue pots.

But to top off the evening, we took a wrong turn on I-275, and further wrong on I-75. Long story short we ended up taking Hwy-50 through Brooksville, FL all the way home. Surpisingly it only added about 10 minutes to the drive, and was much more scenic.

The lesson in all this, Love your faimly, and ask for directions.
